Pearl Harbor, sucess for Japan?

I think pearl harbor was a fail for Japan, sure they destroyed some ships, but it just fired up the americans. Japan didnt even destroy the U.S. repair stations. So once American repaired everything, we were ready to fight.

  1. Pearl Harbor was an extreme fail for Japan. Sure they caused havoc and death and destruction as they wanted, but like you said, they didn't damage the U.S.'s repair stations, which is probably one of the things you'd want to destroy first. So of course America was able to fight back. It also wasn't a good idea to mess with America in general. The U.S. is pretty powerful and our country was, for the most part, staying out of the war. They made the mistake of dragging America in and got to regret it when they took our revenge on Japan.
